Why we only do Shopify
Because it is what growing retailers actually run, and because a decade on one platform teaches you things a generalist never learns: which apps quietly slow a store down, how checkout changes affect conversion, where the catalogue structure decides whether people can find anything. We would rather be very good at one thing than adequate at six.
The exception is the software we build alongside stores. When a retailer needs a portal, a booking platform or a tool that Shopify cannot provide, we build it, to the same standard as a platform holding patient records, because we have built one of those.
How we work
The people you meet are the people who do the work. There is no account manager between you and the specialist building your store, no junior learning on your budget, and no handoff to a delivery team after the sale. It makes us faster (decisions take hours, not sign-off chains), it makes us honest (we cannot hide behind a process), and it makes the work better.
Every engagement starts with a fixed written quote. Every care plan reports its hours. Every email gets a reply within the hour. None of that is unusual in a good tradesperson; we just think it should not be unusual in an agency.

Nottinghamshire, on the edge of Sherwood Forest. Most of our clients are East Midlands retailers we can drive to for a coffee and a look around the warehouse, which tells us more about a business than any discovery workshop. The rest are spread across the UK, because a good Shopify store does not care where its agency sits.
